My Intention: Live through Spirit

Today is the New Moon; another cycle begins. I like to do a New Moon ritual for setting intentions [which I will share with you one day], but for now I have something else to share.
Several weeks ago, Jai and I had a little art session while Mina was napping. We collaged, we painted. Later that night, after both little ones were asleep, I returned to the piece I had started and let my spirit flow. I had been thinking a lot about how I wanted to be living my life, and this is what came out of me. [It was while working on this piece that I decided to start this blog.]

I find that making art, just like journal writing or meditation, can really tap into your spirit voice and bring forth messages from your soul. This is what my soul told me:
